Registration and use of hq555 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on hq555. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details up to date at all times. hq555 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
hq555 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using hq555 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. hq555 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hq555 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. hq555 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified hq555 of a security breach in writing prior to the disputed activity.
If you believe your hq555 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the hq555 support team immediately via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. hq555 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending investigation.
An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. hq555 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
hq555 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. hq555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within standard banking processing times. hq555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. hq555 targets same-day withdrawal processing for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
The primary account currency on hq555 is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, bonuses, and wagering requirements are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
Each game available on the hq555 Platform is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall apply to that specific game only. These Terms shall continue to govern all other aspects of the Player's use of hq555.
All sports betting markets on hq555 — including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports — are subject to the hq555 Sportsbook Rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. hq555 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, market suspension, or result disputes. Settled bets are final unless voided under the Sportsbook Rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet, the outcome of that round or bet may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. hq555 is not liable for any winnings that would have resulted from a round affected by a technical error. The decision of hq555 in such matters is final.
All electronic games on hq555 — including slots, crash games, RNG table games, and virtual sports — use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party auditors for fairness and unpredictability. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panel.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by hq555 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the Account without notice.
hq555 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using betting patterns designed to abuse low-risk bonus wagering, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, and may result in forfeiture of real-money balances where fraud is identified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hq555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the hq555 Platform — including but not limited to the hq555 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of hq555 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of hq555.
hq555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is immediately revoked upon any breach of these Terms or closure of your Account.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hq555 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the hq555 Platform or any service provided therein. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
hq555's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their Account and use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request closure of your hq555 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or writing to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, hq555 will process the closure and return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
hq555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected prohibited conduct under Section 8, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false registration information, or breach of any provision of these Terms. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity, hq555 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance.
hq555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hq555 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the hq555 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The current version of these Terms, including the date of the most recent update, is always accessible on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hq555 holds its international gaming licence. hq555 operates under an internationally issued gaming licence, and the licensing authority's dispute resolution framework applies to unresolved player complaints.
In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to hq555 via the live chat support channel or in writing to [email protected]. hq555 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
